When shopping for items via our checkout, you will receive a delivery confirmation email including a tracking link once your new piece of art is purchased, packed, and leaves our warehouse. You can always go to your profile on picturethis.art to see your order status and history.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER INCORRECT INFORMATION WHEN PURCHASING MY ORDER
If you happen to enter incorrect information such as delivery address, email address, telephone number, or other, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected], as soon as possible, and we will help you change the information prior to sending your order. If the order has been sent before your contact with us, you may be responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING THE PAYMENT?
We will always do our best to help you get your order just as you want it. Please contact our Customer Service, at [email protected], as soon as possible after placing your order, and we might still have a chance to change it before it leaves our warehouse. Although, we can’t guarantee that we can manage the updates as our team places great pride in handling purchased orders quickly.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email including a tracking link. You might need to check your junk folder, as the confirmation email sometimes ends up there instead. You can always go to your profile on picturethis.art to see your order status and your order history.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION
Sometimes your order confirmation ends up in the junk folder, so take a quick look as you might find it there. If you still don’t receive any confirmation your email address might have been entered incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected], and we will help you correct the address.
