You purchase your order on our website https://picturethis.art/. You must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid ID card to place an order. By ordering products, you approve of The Terms and Conditions and agree that we register you in our customer database. You will receive an order confirmation from us after placing an order. Should we, for some reason, not be able to send you your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Purchases from Picture This cannot be guaranteed until the payment is provided and the product has been shipped. Products in your basket are not reserved for you and can be purchased by other customers. Products on the website at a certain point do not guarantee that these will always be available at the website. We reserve the right to at any time cease to sell a product. Further, we reserve the right for a product to be sold out even if your order has gone through.
If you have ordered several products, we reserve the right to merge all orders in one package if necessary.
We only enable orders and delivery within the EU in the current state.
Account and Privacy
When you place an order or register an account, you agree that we store your information in our customer database, and it's your responsibility to make sure this information is correct and updated. You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
You have the right to require taking part in the registered information about you. If any information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you´re entitled to require that the data is corrected or erased.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with wrong personal information or in cases where the customer has payment remarks.
All prices on the website are shown in your local currency if possible, and if not, it's shown in Euro (EUR). A purchase can only be paid in the currency corresponding to the country of your delivery address. The prices do not include shipping costs, which are given separately. Depending on the destination, orders may be subject to additional charges such as sales tax, customs & duty charges. These fees are charged by the Revenue & Customs of the country where the product is being shipped to. Picture This does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
Picture This reserves the right for eventual errors in price, product description, information, or anything else on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors upon discovery without notice. We reserve the right for price adjustments, sales, stock errors, change of technical specification, or eventual errors in typography on our website or ads. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
You can claim your right to purchase an order at the listed price if you have received an order confirmation, and if it is not obvious that the price is wrong or constitute a typo and you acted in so-called “bad faith.” Therefore, we are not bound to complete the order if you have or should have realized that the listed price on the website is too low and may cancel the order.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. You can choose to pay by invoice, partial payments, and direct payment/pay, depending on the country of your delivery address. Direct payment/credit card will always be possible. Picture This has the right to charge you in connection to your order unless invoice payment or other payment method is chosen by you and approved by Picture This. Picture This reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for some reason does align with the purchase.

When using Klarna as the provider of our checkout, we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transmitted is processed according to [Klarna’s own privacy notice]. Expected delivery times are found on our website for orders in the category Posters and Limited Editions. These orders are delivered with DHL Service Point, DHL Home Delivery, DHL Parcel Shop, DHL Parcel Connect, and DHL Express, depending on delivery address. We will manage your order within one day, provided that we have them in stock. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with information on tracking your parcel and the estimated time of delivery. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it’s the shipping company's responsibility to deliver the order. Picture This cannot guarantee delivery time when an order has left our warehouse.
For orders in the category Fine Art, delivery time and the shipping method are decided between the buyer and Picture This upon every certain occasion.
You, as a customer, have the right to cancel a purchase due to delivery delays. Situations may arise where we can't complete your order, for instance, if our shipping partner can’t fulfill its commitment to us. Contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee of €25 for uncollected deliveries/packages (freight and expedition costs etc.). Please be aware that if you want to make a return, you must first collect the package/delivery and then make a return.
Cancel an order
If you want to cancel a placed order, contact our customer service as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has already been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel, and you are thus obliged to receive your purchased products and instead use the right of withdrawal and return handling.
Right of withdrawal and return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you received your order. Please send a message to us at [email protected]. The message must contain [your name, address, order number, invoice number (when invoicing), the artist's name, name of motif, and size of print].
To approve your return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at us in a safe and undamaged condition. It must be returned well packaged in the original packaging or equivalent packaging. Unopened packaging applies to frames. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping.
If you want to exchange one or more of your received products, it is managed in the same way as a return. You send back the goods you do not want, and we then pay the money back to you. You then order the desired items on the website according to a standard purchase. When changing goods, you are responsible for the return cost.
If there is something wrong with a product that you have received or if we’ve sent you the faulty product by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. The defect must be reported within a reasonable time after you have received the product.
You must not pay shipping or return costs if the error is caused by us. Before complaining, therefore, always consult with our customer service that you reach at [email protected] so that we can remedy the error in the best way.
We at Picture This hope that disputes never will arise for you as a customer. Disputes should primarily try to be resolved by agreement between us via discussions with our customer service representatives. If such an agreement is not possible, the dispute shall be dealt within public court under Swedish law.
Parties such as ARN (the General Complaints Board) or the shared dispute resolution page for the entire EU [http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/] could help resolve the dispute. The EU Dispute Resolution page is created for you to purchase online from a company located in one of the EU countries and where you are in need of help in a dispute. If you submit a complaint via this website, your case will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. They then contact us at Picture This in order to try to resolve the issue without involving a court. In the event of a dispute, Picture This’s decision follows from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Events such as natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, wars, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications or data connections, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances and equivalent events beyond Picture This’s control, which could not be claimed, are to be attributed to force majeure. This releases Picture This from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Picture This have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
